AI-Ready Document Pipelines for OpenText, Documentum & Aviator

Adlib is the AI Accuracy Authority behind cleaner, smarter document workflows for OpenText customers. As an Expert Sponsor and technology partner at OpenText World, we’re showing how OpenText, Documentum, and Aviator customers can turn messy, multi-format content into accurate, AI-ready pipelines that your downstream systems and copilots can trust.

Why OpenText Customers Choose Adlib

Your OpenText platforms, and the AI you’re layering on top, are only as good as the content feeding them.

Adlib’s Transform platform helps OpenText and Documentum customers:

  • Cut exception queues by up to 40–60% by validating and correcting content before it ever hits your workflows or AI models.
  • Accelerate document cycle times by 30–50% across critical processes like compliance reviews, claims, engineering changes, and clinical workflows.
  • Shrink audit prep from weeks to days with normalized, searchable, audit-ready outputs your teams and regulators can trust.
  • Reduce manual review by automatically classifying, chunking, extracting, and validating content before it reaches your IDP, RAG, or LLM stack.

Perfect for:
Life Sciences • Energy & Utilities • Insurance • Financial Services • Manufacturing • Other regulated industries

Clean, Trustworthy Pipelines for Documentum

Many Documentum customers already rely on Adlib as the “clean room” for their document pipelines, especially where compliance, audits, and high-volume processing collide.

With Adlib in front of Documentum and related OpenText platforms, you can:

  • Normalize and render complex documents into high-fidelity, searchable formats without losing critical context.
  • Apply advanced OCR and classification to multi-format, multi-lingual content before it’s archived, migrated, or exposed to AI.
  • Enrich content with metadata and structured outputs that make downstream search, retrieval, and analytics more precise.
  • Validate outputs against business and compliance rules, so your Documentum repository becomes a trusted system of record, not a dumping ground.

Supercharge OpenText Aviator with AI-Ready Content

OpenText Aviator brings AI into the heart of your business content, from content assistants like Content Aviator to domain-specific copilots across IT, DevOps, cybersecurity, and more.

But Aviator is only as good as the documents it’s grounded in.

Adlib sits upstream of Aviator to:

  • Clean and normalize content before it’s indexed
Adlib ingests messy, multi-format, multi-repository documents and turns them into high-fidelity, searchable outputs. Perfect for Aviator scenarios like conversational search, summarization, and analytics across OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, and archives.
  • Boost answer quality and reduce hallucinations
By applying advanced OCR, classification, chunking, and metadata enrichment, Adlib feeds Aviator with better-structured, better-labeled content, so your copilots spend less time guessing and more time getting it right.
  • Route low-trust documents away from critical decisions
The Adlib Accuracy Score quantifies how trustworthy a document is before any AI model touches it. Use that signal to keep low-confidence content out of high-stakes Aviator experiences and workflows.
  • Accelerate “bring your own data” initiatives
As you load content into OpenText private cloud and Aviator sandboxes, Adlib’s PrecisionPath™ Industry Trust Kits and Solution Hub templates help you stand up validated, AI-ready pipelines in days instead of months, especially in regulated, document-heavy use cases.
  • Scale AI responsibly across the OpenText stack
With modern APIs, n8n integration, and support for modern AI orchestration patterns, Adlib can be orchestrated alongside Aviator services as a reusable “accuracy layer” for multiple use cases.

Adlib: The Foundation for DocumentAccuracy in Chemical Refining

When we made the decision to change rendering solutions, we looked towards3 separate vendors. Overall, Adlib seemed more mature as a software option.

Challenge
Legacy conversion tools couldnʼt handle the volume and complexity of engineering files, forcing constant IT intervention and delaying CAD conversions into shareable formats. Flat TIFF outputs were unsearchable and lost layer previews—slowing collaboration, creating inefficiencies, and weakening archival practices.

Solution
Safeguarded engineering Adlib improved efficiency, cut administrative overhead, and safeguarded engineering drawings to reduce legal risk. Engineers and contractors gained faster access and smoother collaboration, while IT reduced workload, support needs, and infrastructure costs with a smaller server footprint.

Adlib - a foundation block for document management strategy in chemical refining

“When we made the decision to change rendering solutions, we looked towards 3 separate vendors. Overall, Adlib seemed more mature as a software option.” – Enterprise Information Management Manager & Principal

Challenge

Legacy conversion software struggled to support the volume of engineering files, leading to increased IT intervention and support. Additionally, delays in converting CAD drawings to sharable formats hampered information exchange across the organization, causing production delays and heightened risk. The conversion of layered vector-based CAD files into flat TIFFs resulted in unsearchable formats and the loss of layer previews, causing frustrations, delays in the field, and poor information archival practices.

Solution

For the C-Suite, implementing the new system led to improved efficiencies and productivity in the field, reduced operational costs associated with administrative burdens, and future-proofed patented engineering drawings, minimizing the number and duration of legal issues. Engineers and contractors benefited from saved time on administrative tasks and faster, smoother information retrieval and exchange. For IT, the system reduced resource demands, lowered intervention and support requirements, and resulted in a smaller server footprint and infrastructure costs.

Eliminating 95% of manual steps in archiving 20k daily trade documentation

Bank eliminates 95% of manual steps in archiving 20k daily trade documentation with Adlib

Challenge

The bank faced significant operational challenges, including process inefficiencies and cost inefficiencies, as well as risks of non-compliance. The inability to render all trade transaction documentation in a timely manner meant failing to meet service level agreements (SLAs), while volume limitations hindered the processing of the required 20,000 documents per day. Complex tasks like document compilation were performed manually, further exacerbating inefficiencies. These issues led to an increasing overhead budget to accommodate a growing backlog and rising IT expenses for server infrastructure to support expanding unstructured data. Additionally, inconsistent archival practices and an archival backlog exposed the organization to the risks of non-compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

Solution

For the C-Suite, implementing the new system reduced the risk of non-compliance and lowered costs due to increased staff efficiencies, while ensuring long-term, secure storage of documentation in line with SOX and SEC regulations. Knowledge workers benefited from spending less time on low-value document handling and enjoying hassle-free document compilation. For IT, the system reduced storage and server footprint, lessened the demand for intervention and support, and integrated easily with existing document input and content management systems.
