Ultimately, the goal of Adlib PDF is to help organizations increase the efficiency of their document-centric business processes. Automating processes in financial services
One of our customers in the financial services industry was looking for a way to automate a time-consuming and expensive manual process. They had scores of Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) files which they needed to convert to PDF, archive and make searchable. In addition, they needed to do this from within their EMC Documentum system.
Adlib PDF integrates directly with EMC Documentum in order to provide high-fidelity rendering from directly within the Enterprise Content Management system. Adlib was able to automate this financial service organization’s tedious manual process, so that their AFP files could be automatically converted to PDF, archived, and made searchable using Optical Character Recognition technology.
