Adlib at OpenText EIM Day in Washington, DC

Last week I participated in our first OpenText EIM Day at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC.

This was a great event, focused on adding value to the OpenText ecosystem.

Adlib formally introduced our PDF Enterprise platform to government departments such as Department of Defence, Department of Homeland Security and to new areas within the Department of State.

What’s interesting is that without exception, everyone we spoke to saw tremendous value in Adlib’s fully scalable PDF rendering solution. The use cases were many, ranging from Archiving (think NARA) to FOIA, eDiscovery, litigation support, and so on.

More so, the notion of being able to drive significant departmental efficiencies by leveraging Adlib as a Shared Service was extremely well received.

To quote one of the big departments we spoke with, “One set of licenses that can effectively handle all document rendering requirements across multiple lines of business and program areas? Come on.”

When we shared the list of tier-one clients that rely on Adlib across the entire enterprise for just that, we were immediately asked for follow-up meetings to learn how we can potentially solve their challenges.

We’re looking forward to the event in Ottawa, which takes place in April.
