Introducing the Newest Adlib Customer Success Manager

Hi I’m Laurie Parish, Adlib Customer Success Manager. I’m a Sagittarius who likes cosmopolitans and walks on the beach… oops… that’s not for this blog*. Let me start again…

Hi, I’m Laurie Parish, a sales and technical professional with more than 20 years in print manufacturing and the graphic arts. Previously a member of the strategic account team at the Eastman Kodak Company, I’m now responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Adlib.

As Customer Success Manager I’m also administrator of the Adlib Customer Portal.

The most important thing I do is advocate for our customers. If they’re looking to escalate an issue, talk to a developer, request a feature, or just find out how an application works, I find them answers and solutions. I also ask customers to share their experiences with the software – good or bad so – that we can improve their experiences with Adlib software.

If you prefer, consider me a customer liaison and educator… aiding customers in finding out about uses of the software they may not be aware of and putting them in touch with the Adlib employees who can help them be more successful with the product that they purchased.
