Adlib Gets 5 Stars for Customer Service and Responsiveness

In this day and age of social media and other user-generated content – such as review sites, forums, blogs, shared coupons, location check-in sites, and much more – the power lies firmly in the hands of the consumer. Known today as customer evangelist, advocate or your worst enemy (!) what a customer or prospect writes online can be a powerful force, for good or evil, for any business that puts themselves out there for review.

We have our own example of a customer review at the Microsoft Pinpoint marketplace – which features ratings and reviews of the many partner companies and apps for Microsoft products.

Catrina Sheputis, a manager at Nintex USA, gives Adlib an overall 4 stars out of 5 – including 5 stars each for Responsiveness and Customer Service! She writes on the Microsoft Pinpoint site under the heading, Pros: “Adlib Software offers a great PDF solution offering that extend SharePoint functionality. Always receive great customer service and rapid response to my inquiries.” (under the heading Cons: nothing!) Catrina knows what she’s writing about; the intuitive tools that Nintex provides to create complex workflows within SharePoint integrates with Adlib’s ability to render documents within larger business workflows.
