In this day and age of social media and other user-generated content – such as review sites, forums, blogs, shared coupons, location check-in sites, and much more – the power lies firmly in the hands of the consumer. Known today as customer evangelist, advocate or your worst enemy (!) what a customer or prospect writes online can be a powerful force, for good or evil, for any business that puts themselves out there for review.
