Joan Leroux - SVP, Global Sales & Customer Success
Joan has been building high-performing technology sales teams for over 20 years, which has included leading several business units through times of transition such as acquisitions and process re-orientations. She keeps organizational focus on core business objectives, while driving forward momentum by celebrating smaller wins along the way. As Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Customer Success, Joan is responsible for leading Adlib towards meeting global sales targets as well as ensuring an excellent customer experience. Her direct communication style enables speed, responsiveness and agility across any team she leads, and her leadership style focuses on creating a culture of accountability, inclusivity, recognition and fun. Joan holds a BA in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a Master of Management graduate from the Schulich School of Business. In her free time Joan enjoys travelling, organic gardening, and relaxing at the cottage.
