As Adlib’s Senior Vice President, Product Strategy, Cengiz brings more than 25 years of experience in the software industry to the team, having worked in the Information Management, ECM and Social Computing arenas. His experience spans both the customer and software vendor side. Prior to joining Adlib, Cengiz spent a number of years working in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space, developing product strategy. He was specifically responsible for driving content management initiatives around cloud, social and mobile content management initiatives and holds a patent with a major ECM player. Cengiz is also actively involved in the ECM community, blogging and writing for AIIM, Data Magazine and other channels, as well as speaking at various industry events. He serves as an executive board member for AIIM International and holds an MBA degree in Emerging Technologies.

Roger has been a strategic B2B technology marketer for over 15 years with a background in the overlap between technology and business. Roger has led marketing and pre-sales consulting around ERP and CRM systems with an IBM subsidiary in the Asian market and worked for a major Canadian Systems Integrator/VAR focused on Alliance and Product Management. Prior to joining Adlib, Roger was an executive with RIM (Research in Motion), responsible for launching their vertical program, working with software partners' and global carriers' go-to-market efforts, and he was a key player in RIM's expansion into 802.11 and VoIP technologies by launching their initial non-carrier, Wi-Fi device offering.

Roger has a Business degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT's Sloan School of Business. In his spare time Roger enjoys wine tasting, playing the ukulele (badly, and for his ears only), and escaping into a good Tom Clancy novel.
