Analysis - To ensure a successful deployment of Adlib technology in your environment, we need to understand the current document landscape from technical and business process perspective, as well as the desired end-state. This process involves the input of all project stakeholders - system users/consumers, IT, management and others.
Planning - Once analysis of the technical, business and workflow requirements is complete, the planning phase of the implementation begins. Planning involves the translation of requirements into a project roadmap which drives the creation of a complete timeline. Decisions such as project phases, deliverables, task assignment, milestones and change management are made during the planning phase.
Implementation - Sign off on the solution design and supporting documents moves the project into the implementation phase. Tasks defined in the project plan are executed by the project team based on the task allocation. During this phase, regular project status meetings are held by the project leadership team from the client side and Adlib side, in order to ensure clear communication with project stakeholders and to identify any project risk points.
Deployment - After the completion of the project tasks defined in the project plan, the solution can be deployed to production. This process involves documenting the solution and migration into the appropriate environment(s) and required testing.
Follow Up & Support - The on-going success of deployed solutions is of critical interest to Adlib, which is why it is a formal component of our methodology. The success of a project launch is measured not only by adherence to timelines and budget, but by the adoption and satisfaction in the user community over the solution's lifecycle.
