1. What am I entitled to as a Software Maintenance Plan subscriber?
Software Version Upgrades
Your software maintenance agreement will include all upgrades and maintenance releases. New release notifications are sent automatically via email. Product upgrades enable customers to stay current with new software and hardware developments, as Adlib Software is continuously updating functionality, including the list of supported file types. Software version upgrades are made available via download, with CDs available upon request for a nominal fee.
Priority Technical Support
Up to five technical support incidents for purchased products are included for the term of the plan. Technical support hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5).
Note: Adlib provides support for the generally available release of the product and the previous major version.
