Relay's PDF file converter utilizes the power of Express Server to provide PDF file conversion and publishing functions. Express Server supports the conversion of hundreds of file formats to PDF and can be augmented with available File Type Support (EFTS).

Users can quickly select templates to perform publishing tasks with a single click such as:

User Defined Templates

Users can create their own templates to streamline the number of steps required to process documents. Multiple publishing settings can be combined into a single template and named appropriately to the task at hand. For example a template can be created named “Management Report” that will add a table of contents, a “Confidential” watermark, and page numbers.

Role Based Templates

Administrators can create templates and assign to individual users or groups of users in order to simplify publishing tasks or to enforce departmental publishing standards.

Outlook Integration

When delivering documents via email, Relay integrates with your Outlook Address Book allowing to select one or more recipients of the publishing document. No need to re-type email addresses.

Relay maintains a history of Jobs submitted for publishing enabling users to review their status and access completed ones.
