Name: Meagan Macpherson Role: Enterprise Sales Representative
Background:
Meagan joined Adlib in February 2005 as a member of our QA team. Over the years Meagan moved into a Customer Support position, later joining the sales organization originally as a Sales Engineer, now as an Enterprise Sales Representative and Account manager.
Meagan brings an immense amount of knowledge of the Adlib Products to the sales organization, additionally her vast array of customer-facing experiences allows her to easily relate to the needs of our customers, both on the technical end as well as business processes.
When not at work, she can be found competing her horse provincial and national levels or out with her dogs enjoying what nature has to offer.
Responsibilities:
Meagan will work with customers who want a point of contact to talk to about the Adlib Express Server applications and how best to utilize them in various document workflows. Meagan is pleased to help as a liaison between you and our various departments. She will be instrumental in helping you tap into our newly formed Customer Services Group, who are offering customization and implementation services and can be your voice into Product Management for issues related to our products.
Lastly, Meagan would be pleased to help you unearth new solutions for and assist you with any new acquisitions of Adlib Express Server products.

Name: Peter Jonak Role: Customer Loyalty Representative
Background:
We are pleased to announce that Peter Jonak has recently joined Adlib Software as Customer Loyalty Representative.
Peter comes to us most recently from Smart Lazer Grafix Commercial Printing, where he served as Sales Support Coordinator. He also spent a number of years with DuPont Canada as Technical Service Representative and Direct Energy in the role of Sales Team Manager. We are confident that Peter’s vast knowledge in service and support will not only complement the existing Account Specialist team, he will no doubt add tremendous value by applying his skills and previous experience to provide Adlib customers with the best service possible when renewing or inquiring about their SMP.
Peter was born and raised in Ontario and in 1996 graduated from the University of Windsor with an Engineering degree.
Responsibilities:
Peter will be responsible for ensuring that our entire customer base receives their SMP renewal notifications in sufficient time for processing and to avoid any interruption in service. Be sure to keep us updated with new contact information if you have staff changes during the year, specifically as to who should be receiving these SMP renewal notifications.

Name: Shaun Emond Role: Software Developer
Background:
Shaun Emond joined Adlib in 2003 as Customer Support Representative on a co-op program and continued the program in our QA department the following year. After graduating in 2005 from Sheridan College in the Computer Science Program, he was hired full-time as Software Developer.
Shaun enjoys playing and watching hockey and baseball, and is a Montreal Canadians fan.
Responsibilities:
Shaun Emond is one of our experts on Adlib Express and had worked on all past releases of Express. He’s also responsible for making builds, as well as uploading releases for public access. He has since moved on to take the ownership of another major component within Express which deals extensively with PDF format and extraction.
