In every issue of Adlib Express will be will be featuring employees from different departments.  In this issue we would like to introduce you to Cathy Ramsli, Account Relationship Manager and Tim Bartol, Customer Support Representative.

Cathy Ramsli 

Name: Cathy Ramsli
Role: Account Relationship Manager

Background:

Cathy joined Adlib in November 2006 after spending 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet as an Application Specialist and Implementation Consultant. We were pleased to add Cathy to our growing list of Account Specialists because she brings a vast array of customer-facing experience and can easily relate to the needs of our customers, both on the technical end as well as business processes.

Responsibilities:

Cathy created this new role for herself in response to the feedback we received from our customer survey. Customers want a point of contact to talk to about Adlib Express Server applications and how best to utilize them in various document workflows. Cathy is pleased to help as a liaison between you and our various departments. She will be instrumental in helping you tap into our newly formed Customer Services Group, who are offering customization and implementation services and can be your voice into Product Management for issues related to our products.

Lastly, Cathy would be pleased to help you unearth new solutions for and assist you with any new acquisitions of Adlib Express Server products.

Tim Bartol 

Name: Tim Bartol
Role: Customer Support Representative

Background:

Tim joined Adlib in November 2006 after spending 10 years at Hamilton Health Sciences as a member of the Information and Communications department in the capacity of Desktop Analyst.  

Supporting more than 8000 employees, Tim brings knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems to Adlib and its customers.

Tim is an original member of the Safety Group at Adlib Software.  He enjoys many volunteering activities, primarily as the Vice president of the Niagara Regional Athletics Track and Field Club of Niagara Falls and as a volunteer for the Niagara Falls Optimist Club.

On the sunny days of spring and summer, Tim can be found exploring country roads on his Classic Harley Davidson.

Responsibilities:

Working with a team of Customer Support Representatives, Tim responds to customer questions and concerns presented to Adlib over the phone and submitted through email.

Tim is involved in ongoing training, used to build on his current knowledge of the many applications offered by Adlib.
