Late last year we issued a survey to our customers to get your feedback on issues pertaining to Adlib Software and our services and products. We thank those of you who responded. Your comments and feedback are greatly appreciated. This newsletter is a direct result of that feedback. Based on your comments, it was clear that you wanted more regular communication from us other than simple product update announcements. We hope to provide you with valuable information about changes to our company, improvements to customer support and services and product updates–complete with practical tips on using our Adlib Express Server applications. We hope this venue and format meet with your approval and you find it informative and lightly entertaining. In this issue, articles have been written by Adlib employees but I encourage you to feel free to submit articles or ideas for subsequent issues.
