Spotlight # 1
Texas Industries
Building rock solid relationships
In 2004, Terry Marshall, Director of Business Solutions Delivery, Texas Industries and his colleague Bala Venkataraman, Solutions Architect Manager, decided it was time to implement an automated workflow solution that would do away, once and for all, with the room full of unmatched tickets, checks and invoices. Spotlight # 2 Academic Medical Center (AMC)
Accelerating the speed and security of a patient record workflow
Academic Medical Center (AMC) is Holland’s premier medical center and one of the country’s largest teaching hospitals. Frank Manshande of AMC’s Project Services and Integration Group was tasked to research tools available on the market to integrate with their current electronic patient records application. Their needs were not overly complex but Frank had some concern that most of the box applications would either give them too much unnecessary and expensive functionality or they would require costly customization. Some of our customers continue to amaze us with what they do with our applications. Whether it’s pushing content out to customers through a Web portal or doing mass conversions of warehoused paper documents, customers are reaping incredible value and solid ROI in so many ways. We can develop the tools, but your implementation makes it real. Adlib’s applications are a partnership of our technology and your vision. And the products we develop together carry a powerful message to the market.
As a software vendor, we are measured not only by our products and technology but on our ability to solve our customer’s problems. So from time to time we are asked by the media, industry analysts, customers and prospects to provide references that can demonstrate or talk to just that. Through our Marketing group, we are actively developing multiple outlets to accommodate such requests for both our goals and our customers. This interaction can take the form of direct interaction with peers, presentation opportunities, media, a case study, or even a blog.
To find out more about how to get involved in the referencing activities listed below or to nominate your company, please contact Lina Suriani at lsuriani@adlibsoftware.com.
Here are some ways you can contribute:
- Contribute a Case Study: We are simply looking to convey to a broad audience our customer's organization and its Adlib solution along with realized benefits. The process of conducting a case study interview itself usually takes about 30 minutes and involves answering some fairly basic questions. Your answers will be used to create a 2-4 page document highlighting your company and your use of Adlib Software solutions. The case study may then be used on our Website, industry events and media outlets.
- Contribute as a Customer Reference: From time to time we are asked by the media, industry analysts and prospects to recommend Adlib customers who are willing to speak on our behalf.
- Contribute a Post: If you read something in one of our newsletters, would like to participate in our upcoming blog, or would simply like to contribute a feature review, provide a tip, tell a war story, etc., please send us your Post.
