In previous generations, turning something ordinary into something valuable was considered magical, even miraculous. It was often called “alchemy” and it usually involved taking a base metal like lead and transforming it into gold. The rewards can still be great, though the risk of being burned at the stake have diminished somewhat over the years. [More]

Building rock solid relationships
In 2004, Terry Marshall, Director of Business Solutions Delivery, Texas Industries and his colleague Bala Venkataraman, Solutions Architect Manager, decided it was time to implement an automated workflow solution that would do away, once and for all, with the room full of unmatched tickets, checks and invoices. Let’s put this right on the table–at Adlib, we’re clear that the only definition of exemplary service is our Customer’s definition. The knowledge of that simple equation is as freeing as it is a responsibility. [More]
Over the next couple of months Adlib will be collecting information from our customers on SMP to help us determine what if any changes need to be made to our existing model to accommodate those customers who perhaps require customized support. We have created a very short online survey that you can complete at your leisure. The information will be used to help us formulate new SMP features, determine the best means of interaction with our customers and help us to expand our service based on your answers. [More]
