The QA Engineer/Tester must be experienced and knowledgeable in:

• Developing test plans and test cases according to the requirements and specifications
• Developing and implementing test scripts for automated testing and test results confirmation
• Perform Functional, Regression, Stress and System testing
• Creating and managing Test Plans
• Working with test application suites/tools (such as Visual Studio Team Edition for Software Testers, Visual Studio Team Test Load Agent, Load Runner, e-Tester, Rational Purify, etc.)
• Web Technologies such as XML, ASP, HTML, PHP

Experience with the following is considered an asset:

• Working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum, Livelink, Interwoven and Filenet
• PDF specification and technology
• VBScript and JavaScript
• C++, Microsoft .NET and Java programming languages

This person must have a minimum of three years of work experience using these tools and be familiar with standard QA concepts, practices and procedures. This person will have completed a degree/diploma in computer science and have strong analysis skills.  The incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and problem solving skills, have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
