One of Adlib Software’s founders, Peter is currently President and CEO. His mandate is to establish Adlib as the industry standard in automated document transformation software.

With more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise content management space, Peter is a leading expert on document workflow automation technologies. He joins the blogosphere to share his passion on the latest strategies and best practices in automating document processes to help organizations drive bottom line results.

Peter holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University at Kingston, and a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Toronto. Peter is married with two children and lives in the greater Toronto area. A true Canadian, Peter has a passion for hockey and is a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

A founding partner of Adlib, Jean is the Chief Software Architect responsible for the company’s technical strategy and direction. He also leads Adlib’s R&D team. Jean possesses over 20 years of technical and leadership experience in project engineering and software development in the content management space.

Jean’s contributions offer readers insight on Adlib’s latest technology innovations to help organizations drive business value from centralizing and automating document workflows. A senior technology veteran, Jean’s posts will also help readers understand the emerging I.T. trends shaping the future of the document management space and their impact on their enterprise.

Jean holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, Jean enjoys cycling and skiing.

As a founding partner and Vice President of Customer Success at Adlib, Scott has spent his entire career in content management, covering various elements of the industry including capture, archival, storage, document and records management and Enterprise Content Transformation. Scott has a passion for engaging with Adlib's customers and partners to ensure that Adlib products, services and culture reflect their values.

This company-wide customer focus includes specific oversight of the Customer Care, Support and Success teams. Scott's contributions offer advice, perspective, and insight for any organization with Enterprise Content Transformation challenges.

Scott is an avid blogger and featured speaker at many industry and trade events such as the Association for Information and Image Management(AIIM), the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and the Drug Information Association (DIA). Scott holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. Along with his family, Scott enjoys relaxing in the great outdoors, and any sport that combines adrenaline and wheels.

Riley O'Brien Wolff

Riley O'Brien Wolff of Adlib

Riley O’Brien Wolff is Adlib’s Microsoft Alliance Director, responsible for Adlib’s relationships with Microsoft and partners within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Before joining Adlib, Riley spent five years with Microsoft in Sydney, Australia and Redmond, WA where she worked in the Retail, OEM and Small and Medium Business teams. She also spent three years at a research consultancy in Washington, DC, where she worked with CIOs at Fortune 500 firms.

Most recently, Riley was the Market Development Manager at a New Zealand-based commercial aerospace firm. She holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. In her free time, Riley enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and their French bulldog.

Rupin has been with Adlib since 2001 as an essential part of the Channel Management team. Currently, as Strategic Alliances Manager, he spearheads strategic initiatives and go-to-market programs that drive partner sales for some of Adlib’s key alliances.

Rupin has held a number of positions at Adlib, including roles in development, management of the support team , and sales.  In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, basketball, and hockey. Born in Montreal, he is a loyal Montreal Canadiens fan.

Matthew Woodworth

Matthew Woodworth

Matt has been in high-tech for 20 years and has worked for leading organizations such as HP, Microsoft and Oracle. Matt was Vice President of Sales for a successful telematics company based in Kanata Ontario. Currently, Matt works closely with government organizations at all levels in order to help them achieve greater efficiencies and cost reductions in their document intensive work processes.

Rick Carmichael

A proven leader and industry veteran, Rick is responsible for Adlib's overall product strategy and roadmap to ensure customers receive maximum business value. He is also responsible for market intelligence, business case development, product releases, product training strategy, and team effectiveness.

Before arriving at Adlib, Rick was responsible for managing product development and software support for a Bay Street firm. Prior to that he worked in a number of different roles relating to software development, including business analyst, project manager, and software developer.

Rick holds both a PMP designation and an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University. Earlier in his career he taught English in Korea, where he trained in Tae Kwan Do, earning a black belt.

Roger Beharry Lall

Roger Beharry Lall

Roger has been a strategic B2B technology marketer for over 15 years with a background in the overlap between technology and business. Roger has led marketing and pre-sales consulting around ERP and CRM systems with an IBM subsidiary in the Asian market and worked for a major Canadian Systems Integrator/VAR focused on Alliance and Product Management. Prior to joining Adlib, Roger was an executive with RIM (Research in Motion) responsible for launching their vertical program, working with software partners' and global carriers' go-to-market efforts, and he was a key player in RIM's expansion into 802.11 and VoIP technologies by launching their initial non-carrier, Wi-Fi device offering.

Roger has a Business degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT's Sloan School of Business. In his spare time Roger enjoys wine tasting, playing the ukulele (badly, and for his ears only), and escaping into a good Tom Clancy novel.

A 20-veteran of the IT industry, Jeff has been a member of the Adlib team since 2008 and has been a key resource for many high-profile customer and partner engagements. Jeff also brings over 7 years' experience managing the implementation of large scale, enterprise software projects in North America and around the globe.

An experienced and trusted adviser to customers across Government, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Insurance industries, Jeff is an expert on automated document conversion technology and regularly speaks and blogs about document standards - from his renown "PDF 101", to more advanced discussions of the specific benefits, use cases, and unique attributes of PDF, PDF/A and others.

Jeff offers an insightful perspective on how these technologies can increase the efficiencies of compliance-centric business processes and their applicability to FDA, ICH, EMA, and other contexts where multiple regulatory considerations are paramount.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys cycling, canoeing and hiking with his family through the vast landscape that is his home country of Canada.

Laurie is a technical and sales professional with 20+ years in print manufacturing and the graphic arts. Most recently part of the strategic account team at Eastman Kodak she is now currently responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as part of Customer Success at Adlib. Also a baker and cook, Laurie creates custom cupcakes for parties and events in her spare time.
