Peter Duff - President and CEO

One of Adlib Software's founders, Peter is currently President and CEO and has more than 20 years of experience in the Enterprise Content Management space. Peter is a leading expert on Enterprise Content Transformation and document workflow automation; he shares his passion on the latest strategies and best practices in automating content and document processes to help organizations drive bottom line results. Peter holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University at Kingston, and a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Toronto. Peter is married with two children and as a true Canadian has a passion for hockey and is a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Jean Ouellette - Chief Software Architect

Jean is one of the founders of Adlib and the Chief Software Architect who is responsible for the company's technical product strategy and direction to ensure they drive business value from automating content and document workflows. He has a keen interest in technology and stays abreast of emerging market and IT trends and their impact on enterprises, conveying his thought leadership through regular blogging. Jean brings more than 30 years of technical and leadership experience in software engineering and development including over 15 years at Bailey controls (currently owned by ABB). Jean holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Toronto. He is married with two children and enjoys cycling and skiing with his family and friends.

Scott Mackey - VP, Customer Success

As a founding partner and Vice President of Customer Success at Adlib, Scott has spent his entire career in content management, covering various elements of the industry including capture, archival, storage, document and records management and Enterprise Content Transformation. Scott has a passion for engaging with Adlib's customers and partners to ensure that Adlib products, services and culture reflect their values. This company-wide customer focus includes specific oversight of the Customer Care, Support and Success teams. Scott's contributions offer advice, perspective, and insight for any organization with Enterprise Content Transformation challenges. Scott is an avid blogger and featured speaker at many industry and trade events such as the Association for Information and Image Management(AIIM), the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and the Drug Information Association (DIA). Scott holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. Along with his family, Scott enjoys relaxing in the great outdoors, and any sport that combines adrenaline and wheels.

Henri Burmeister - Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Henri brings more than 30 years' experience in the high tech, information and manufacturing industry. He is responsible for Adlib's financial operations by providing realistic and effective bottom line direction and leadership in the areas of cash management, cost control and systems development. Henri is not only the Corporate Secretary for the company, which includes corporate governance, he is also responsible for the treasury and taxation while being a key contributor to the company's strategic and business planning. Henri's pro-active no nonsense style, dedication and focus over the past 10 years continues to be his major contribution to Adlib's success. He is married with two children and actively enjoys the outdoors and cycling the back roads of southern Ontario.

Henry Friesen - VP Operations

Henry is the VP of Operation and brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service, business analytics, risk management and information technology management to Adlib. Currently, he oversees Software Development, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, Product Management, and Marketing at Adlib. Previously he was responsible for Project Management, Business Analysis & Risk Management at Tarion Warranty Corp. and his background gives him a strong sense of the value of an agile development methodology by promoting development, teamwork, collaboration and process adaptability throughout the lifecycle of a project. Henry has a Bachelor of Education from Tyndale University College in Toronto and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Henry enjoys the outdoors, camping with his wife and three kids, plays the piano and is a licensed pyro technician.

Brian Kernohan - VP Strategic Alliances

Brian brings more than 20 years' experience creating and managing sales teams for software and hardware products in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Adlib, he was a sales management executive with Microsoft and Toshiba where he developed his skills in channel sales, marketing programs, management and developing long term strategic relationships with key partners.He holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and is married with two children and enjoys golfing, reading and traveling.

Kathryn Wash - Director of Human Resources

Kathryn has more than 18 years of human resources experience, working in different industries for small and large enterprises. At Smart Systems for Health Agency, she designed, built and delivered human resources programs. At Telus, she worked in the Business Solutions team delivering day to day human resources solutions, and as an AVP at Bankers Trust, she was responsible for the Canadian human resources office. Kathryn specializes in helping a business build highly engaged working environments by developing programs to combine team work with company success. She attended York University completing her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and a human resources certificate at Ryerson University. Kathryn has a passion for curling, golf and running long distances, as well as reading, theatre, opera and travelling.
